7. SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND REFUNDS
Subscription fees paid for access to Naija Trade Hut are generally non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.
Failure to utilize the platform or dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations does not automatically qualify a subscriber for a refund.

Any obligations arising from the use of Naija Trade Hut shall be limited solely to the operation of the platform itself.
Users agree that the officers, directors, employees, consultants, shareholders, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives of Data Innovations shall not be personally liable for claims arising from the use of the platform.
The existence of a parent company relationship shall not create additional liability beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.
13. NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Subscription to Naija Trade Hut does not create:
A partnership,
Joint venture,
Agency relationship,
Employment relationship,
Franchise relationship,
Fiduciary relationship,
between subscribers and Data Innovations.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from the use of Naija Trade Hut shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts within Nigeria.
